How quickly will my goods be dispatched?
We dispatch your order right away, via British Royal Mail.
We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days. In any case you can contact us to track your order.
Can I have my goods delivered to an address other than my home address?
No, Unfortunately we will only deliver items purchased online to the credit/debit card holds address.
What happens if my order does not arrive?

What do I do if the goods I receive are damaged or faulty?
We will ensure that goods are dispatched to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any mishap has occurred during mailing, please e-mail us at email@example.com immediately and we will ask you to return to us the faulty goods (address will be given to you) and we will dispatch replacement goods as soon as possible.
Can I return the goods if I am not happy with them for any reason?
