How do I know that my order has been placed?

We will confirm your order by e-mail within 48 hours of it being placed.

Who do I contact if I need more information before I place my order?

Can I place my order by fax or post, rather than via the Internet?

Not at the moment.

Can I pay by Cheque?

No we use Paypal for secure shopping and it is secure for yourself too.

Can I place an order if I do not live in the UK?

Yes only if Paypal accept payment from your country. For more details please check paypal.com.

How do I know that my credit card details are secure?

We trust paypal to ensure your credit details and your personal data. For more details please check paypal.com.

Delivery :

How quickly will my goods be dispatched?

We dispatch your order right away, via British Royal Mail.
We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days. In any case you can contact us to track your order.

Can I have my goods delivered to an address other than my home address?

No, Unfortunately we will only deliver items purchased online to the credit/debit card holds address.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

In the unlikely event that your order is not received within 14 days please email us at sales@yasr.co.uk, or use the contact form.
Please mention all details in the email or in the form.


What do I do if the goods I receive are damaged or faulty?

We will ensure that goods are dispatched to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any mishap has occurred during mailing, please e-mail us at sales@yasr.co.uk immediately and we will ask you to return to us the faulty goods (address will be given to you) and we will dispatch replacement goods as soon as possible.

Can I return the goods if I am not happy with them for any reason?

No. Evaluation version are made to test and try before you buy.
